Passionate about gastronomy, I would like to introduce you to my refined and tasty cuisine.
I'm a young professional with a lot of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants.
I started at the Royal Champagne alongside MOF Chef Jean Denis Rieubland. Then I worked with MOF chef Guillaume Goupil at the Burgundy in Paris and also at the Fontenille estates. I also worked with him on events in Saudi Arabia and Bulgaria.
I also gained experience at the 3-Michelin-starred Petit Nice.
I arrived in Miami a few months ago to work at the Joël Robuchon workshop in the Design District.
