In 2014 I began working at the Michelin Star Restaurant Patina in the Walt Disney Concert Hall. In 2016 I moved to New York City were I worked at 3 Michelin Star Restaurant Jean Georges and 3 Michelin Star Restaurant Per Se were i honned my craft in French Fine Dinning.
