I grew up just outside of Boston, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. My love for culinary started as a child cooking for my 4 younger siblings. Combing ingredients and playing with plates, I never expected to become a Chef. Eventually I met the Chef who changed my life and set me into motion to learn and study culinary techniques. I moved to Kaua’I for the ocean and all the wonderful foods available. I always hope to keep learning and to always remember to play with my food.
