I grew up just outside of Boston, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. My love for culinary started as a child cooking for my 4 younger siblings. Combing ingredients and playing with plates, I never expected to become a Chef. Eventually I met the Chef who changed my life and set me into motion to learn and study culinary techniques. I moved to Kaua’I for the ocean and all the wonderful foods available. I always hope to keep learning and to always remember to play with my food.

Cameron was amazing! Our family of 8 adults was blown away with his quality of food and thoughtfulness. He always asked if we wanted to add or amend items along the way, and pivoted at the last minute as we learned one of our family members had a new dietary restriction. I also appreciated his thorough and upfront communication. We hope to have Cameron cook for us again someday. He is a delight and our family very much enjoyed the experience.

Cameron cooked us the most incredible meal for my husbands birthday while we vacationed in Hawaii. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and so warm and engaging with us on the night. The food was heaven! He explained how he prepared and cooked each dish and you really got a feel for how much he loves his work. He put so much care and time into our meal and it was an experience we will never forget. After his cleanup, he stayed and spoke with us about Kauai and all of the incredible places to visit. We were so grateful for his skill, expertise and warm nature and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a beautiful culinary experience! Thanks Cameron!

Chef Cameron not only created an amazing meal, but worked very hard to create an amazing experience for us. While traveling to Kauai, we hired him to cook a meal for us at our hotel. The kitchen was much smaller than expected and he took it upon himself to contact the hotel and then suggested that we use their grilling area which had huge Weber grills and outdoor tables overlooking the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. He had to be a very professional to make use of what he had available. He shared funny stories with us and made us feel like millionaires. I highly recommend him!

Cameron was simply amazing. He worked with us to design a menu that included an interactive portion, where he instructed us on how to prepare poke from start (cutting the fish) to finish. We then enjoyed our creation as he prepared the main course and dessert. What a memorable event that resonated beyond the wonderful tastes and plate presentations. I would highly recommend that you book Cameron for your private event.
