Hello! My name is Callie. I have been working in the food industry for 15 years after graduating with a degree in food science and attending culinary school at the CIA in Napa Valley. I spent the majority of my career working at a private school as a Kitchen Manager for their school lunch program, providing meals for ages 4-18, as well as faculty and staff. I put my heart and soul into my dishes and have a passion for using organic, local and high quality ingredients.
