I am a 26 year old Cincinnati native with now 6 years of fine dining experience. Starting and maintaining with one of the greatest Italian establishments in the cities fine dining history, Nicola’s Ristorante. I maintain a high personal expectation of excellence not only in my food, but also hospitality and experience. Most importantly my favorite dish to cook is the one that guests can experience for the first time, a sensation they will remember forever.
