Fishing,surfing and working in the food and beverage industry in bars and restaurants laid the foundation .Traveling the world and moving to Hawaiʻi inspired me to grow and use exotic unique ingredients found here on the North Shore and other tropical climates. I use what I grow,forage and experiment with on a daily basis in the cuisine I prepare.

I've worked with other personal chefs ,vacationrentals , my bed and breakfast and events.

Cab’s food was sourced from his land and was fresh and very tasteful. Unfortunately, due to covid, he could not come to serve the dinner, but was able to have a friend chef come and present his menu. Chef Cab was fabulous in his communication with me. He sent pictures and explanations of all his food. Chef Fe did a beautiful final cooking and presentation of the delicious food. Would highly recommend.
