I am extremely passionate about good food regardless of the genre. I have experience in classic French, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian cooking- to name a few. For 18 years I’ve been honing my skills and rising through the ranks of highly respected restaurants in, Monterey, Napa, and Oregon. Most recently I served as Executive Chef of Michelin recommended Stokes Adobe. It would be my privilege to cook for you and give you and your guests a one of a kind experience.
