Private Chef In TampaI am an award-winning chef, classically trained under the French culinary tradition. My foodservice experience includes time with MGM, Hilton, Think Food Group, Starr Restaurants, and NOBU Hospitality. I am also a decorated combat veteran who chose a career in hospitality after separating from the United States Army. I've worked closely with the industry’s finest leaders and trained under the tutelage of culinary greats including Jacques Pépin, Jose Andres, Nobu Matsuhisa, and Marjorie Meek Bradley. I was named one of the nation’s top fifteen Women in Culinary Leadership by the James Beard Foundation in 2017. I have also been recognized by HSMAI as an emerging leader in Restaurant Revenue Management, and I've received industry awards from both the National Restaurant Association and Metropolitan DC’s Restaurant Association. My formal education includes undergraduate studies at St. John’s University, graduate studies at Georgetown University, and a professional culinary arts program at the French Culinary Institute in New York City.
