I am a culinary virtuoso, whose journey began at the age of 16 in the vibrant atmosphere of a pizza kitchen, where the art of dough twirling ignited a passion for the culinary craft. From that moment I knew the joy of cooking and providing satisfaction through food was an unparalleled experience.
After honing skills at a local college, and attending from the Art Institute, I delved into various culinary realms, from the cozy ambiance of a coffee shop to the heartfelt kitchens of a senior home, where creating enjoyable meals for honorable residents became a heartfelt mission.
Venturing into the realm of fine dining, I experienced the abundance of Southern California's farmers market during a stint at The Dana at Mission Bay. This exposure, coupled with the mentorship under Chef John Bautista at George's at the Cove, cultivated a deep appreciation for seasonal ingredients and the art of crafting dynamic menus that evolve with the harvest.
With a diverse background spanning from Southern smokehouse to haute cuisine establishments, including La Costa Resort & Spa, The US Grant Hotel, La Valencia Hotel, and The Hyatt Aviara, I bring a wealth if experience to every culinary endeavor.
