I’m a recent graduate of the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, my talent for making elaborate and beautifully plated dinners and cocktails can help take your dinner party to the next level! My culinary specialties include Classic French, Italian, Mediterranean with a Florida Farm-to-table element!

I have cooked, served, and bartended at some of the world’s most luxury resorts, hotels, distilleries, and vineyards, and I love to incorporate seasonal and wild foraged ingredients into my dishes to provide you with a unique culinary experience to make memories by!

How do you describe something so excellent that it exceeds all of your high expectations? The English language may be lacking, but the Greeks have a word to describe both the highest human knowledge and the fulfilled excellence of human achievement and potential - Arete. In frank terms, these people know what they are doing. Every single course of the meal was exciting to watch, engaging to discuss, beautiful in its presentation, and savory and delectable to taste and devour. The food paired well with the recommended wines, each course flowed together perfectly, and the chefs preparations and explanations of things were mesmerizing. We really appreciated their original menu suggestions, and their incorporation of our preferences on how to expound upon that - Grouper over Mahi-Mahi and that we love Bearnaise sauce! And the whole time they were professional, courteous, and simply added to the meal with their history and personality. I cannot recommend them enough. We will certainly use them again!
