experience, and prides herself and team on over the top Southern Hospitality. Briana is ServSafe Certified, meaning she is knowledgeable and able to comply with safe food handling. Her inspiration of cooking is influenced by many of the great cook's in her family; men and women. Not only does Briana know how to cook, she is also a baker. Specializing in pound cakes and southern desserts, Briana has made over 35+ flavors of pound cakes with the past 10 years. She takes the hassle of cooking out of your hands, and places it into hers. Specializing in Southern Cuisine, but it doesn't end there, Briana is versatile with different cuisines and can cook anything you can crave. Her passion for cooking shows through her beautiful work of edible art! Dietary restrictions welcome. In her spare time, you can find Briana filming her cooking tutorials or food reviews, traveling, or doing catch and cooks with her son. If Briana has gone missing, everyone who knows her knows, you'll find her in a nearby kitchen :-). Briana hopes to travel the world and cook with chef's from all other cultures and expose their cuisine to the masses. She loves to teach people how to cook in their sleep. Briana knows that good food can change the mood. it's a conversation starter, a bonding experience, and so much more.
