Chef Bowman was professional, courteous, and efficient. The appetizers were fantastic and the entree was outstanding (lobster, salmon, and shrimp). I went overboard and ordered two desserts because “why not”. Now we have lots and lots of excellent leftovers. It was a perfect evening! We enjoyed tasting Chef Bowman’s creations over several evenings. Money well spent. Oh, and he brought flowers for the table! Totally First Class.

Chef Brian was amazing. If you are looking for amazing food from a great chef Brian is your guy.
