I am a professional chef with 20 plus years of experience within the kitchen environment. I have worked with vast number of cuisines which lends me great flexibility and creativity in the kitchen.A native of the Southwest I now find myself in the great city of Chicago. In my free time I'm an avid record collector and enjoy riding vintage motorcycles.
I was lucky to do all my training in some of the best restaurants in America, like Nobu for example.
