Born in Los Angeles from a multi ethnic home, I have 20 years cooking experience and cook ethno-American food, ethnic food for American palettes.
Los Angeles born, chef Brent has spent his life surrounded by food. His family owns a famous Chinese restaurant in Tokyo. In 2010 he joined the staff at Northern Spy Food Company and symtaeted his chef career. Since then he has worked at myriad restaurants in Los Angeles, Richmond, Honolulu, Hamptons and NYC. He currently is a sought after private chef. Prior to cooking, Brent was an adept floral designer, which he still practices today.
