My passion drives my creativity as a culinary artist everyday.

My name is Brandon Johnson, I was born in New Orleans, LA. It wasn't until the age of 18 that I found my true passion and happiness in this world which is food. Prior to this, I was pursuing Pharmacy studying Biology. For the past 7 years, I have dedicated my time and effort to understanding the depth of my craft. Food is art I put on a plate, I love to challenge people’s pallet an open there horizon to all new sorts of food. Soul Food is my first instinct & Caribbean became my first love, French & Italian followed in that order. So I use all my knowledge and creativity to provide an amazing experiences that become memories that are priceless. So at the age of 26, I would like to pursue my independent career. In the longevity of the situation I would love to open a restaurant and share my passion with the world.
