Food has always been a passion of mine. However, up until a few years ago I wasn't following my passion and I knew then that something was wrong. I entered the industry in 2014 and haven't looked back since. Currently cooking at a French Bistro in Las Vegas learning everything I can to master this craft. When you know that you're in the right place, your heart feels it.
I learned to cook at the College of Southern Nevada and their Culinary Arts program, and through my experience in working at Bouchon, Whole Foods in LA, and Smashburger.
My secret in the kitchen is my curiosity to be open to every cuisine, ingredient, and cooking technique. Life is about learning and I love to always try new things.
