I am a chef who started out as a dishwasher in the kitchen. One day I was given the opportunity to work with the chef, he told me I had talent and should go to culinary school. So I went on to attend Le Cordon Bleu college of culinary arts where I receive my A.S. degree in culinary arts. Since then I have had the opportunity to cook in some amazing places under some amazing chefs.
