Hi! I’m Brad I’ve been cooking professionally for about 14 years. I started in South Florida working at sports bars and ended up in Cape Cod, MA when I started to actually pay attention to food. That attention lead me to Aspen, CO where I learned hotel cooking and became the banquet chef. Did work in CA, NY, and TN too. Because I’ve moved around so much I’ve been able to learn comfort food to bar food to fine dining.
