Eating and sharing food is one of life's greatest and simplest joys, being able to provide that has always been my motivation to cook.
My name is Blake, and I started cooking when I was 12 and have been learning ever since. I studied Culinary Arts at Pikes Peak State College, and I'm currently studying nutrition with Purdue University. I truly enjoy cooking for others, creating new dishes and playing with flavors. I have spent my career in franchise and quick service model restaurants, local businesses, and corporate operations and research and development. The repetition of corporate restaurants has created a strong pull in the opposite direction toward custom menus and more intentional and intimate settings. I started my own business in street vending and private catering which solidified my path. I love what I do and I'd love to do it with you.
