Hello, and welcome to my page. My culinary journey started at the age of 16 as a very humble dietary aide at a local nursing home, working under my mother who was the head chef and a group of others. From there i have worked as a black tie bartender, line cook, event staff, event manager, restaurant manager, caterer and finally a personal chef.
I truly believe these experiences have all helped to shape me into the chef i have become. I have a true understanding of every aspect of what it takes to make a service successful, most importantly communicating and meeting the clients needs.
