I am a professional chef of 7 years most of my years are spent from going to restaurant to restaurant and completion; Gaining knowledge over the years from many references. I cook all cuisines, tempering chocolate, baking and pastry, including culinary. I study nutrition and wellness to add to my knowledge of the industry. Halal friendly is my goal !!
