I have been a professional since 1979 in Restaurants, Bakery's and remote fishing lodges in Alaska. I worked as a chef on small eco-charter boats in Alaska and then began my own catering business in 2004. I specialized in Alaskan Salmon and local farm produce and was successful until 2020 when I moved to Carbondale Colorado to be near my parents and siblings. My catering business was focused on large events. Working as a private chef allows me to keep being creative with menu planning, executing beautiful, delicious and healthy meals.

Beth was wonderful! She prepared us a beautiful dinner with local fish and vegetables from her own garden. Presentation was great. She was on time, respectful and clean. Very accommodating. We would definitely reach out to Beth again and highly recommend.
