I graduated from Germany with a professional degree in the culinary arts. I also obtained the Executive chefs certification from the American Culinary Federation CEC. I eventually put a focus on mu general management and concept development skills, and this has brought me to teach and mentor during 10 hotel openings around the globe. Having cooked for world leaders as well as dignitaries including, George Bush Sr, Miguel Aleman, as well as hosting birthday parties for the President of Germany *Walter Scheels and President Suarez from Spain. I've worked in hotels such as the Marriott International in LA and San Antonio, in Meson del Angel in Mexico as well as the Nacional Hotelera in Mexico as the Hotel Presidente.
