My company was founded in 2020 with the mission to bridge the food supply gap between farmers, food producers, and the local consuming community. Benjamin Bruckenthal, the chef and owner, works directly with farms of the Hudson Valley producing and co-packing tasteful and seasonal vegetable based condiments and sauces.
