Growing up on a cattle ranch, I gained a deep appreciation for beef, fresh produce, and hearty meals. Chef Ben was very professional and accommodating for our needs. When I told him, it was for my daughter's birthday, he made a special birthday cake for the dinner. Also he was mindful of one guest who was gluten free. All 9 of us enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely ask for Chef Ben again when we are in Deer Valley. Thank you, Chef Ben!!

Chef Ben was fantastic! He was timely, friendly, accommodating with our menu requests and the meal was incredible. We couldn't be happier with his service and would recommend him to anyone in the Park City area!! Thank you Ben!

We hosted 3 different happy hours around Sundance and Chef Ben did the food for all three. He was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and prepared fantastic food for all three events. He also helped the team clean everything up once the Happy Hours wrapped. He added so much value to the experience and made our jobs so much easier. Would definitely book him for future events!
