Hi! I'm Chef Ben. I'm an avid skier and am passionate about sharing Utah's splendor with my guests. I work throughout Park City, Salt Lake City, Sundance, and the surrounding areas.
I serve as the executive chef at Lake Kora resort in the New York Adirondacks during the summers. During winter, I get to work and ski in one of the most incredible places on Earth!
I attended culinary school in Portugal and apprenticed under a pastry chef shortly after. My specialties include steaks, roasts, handmade pastas, and desserts of all types. I look forward to entertaining with you!
