Charleston based chef with 20+ years experience. I have worked as anything from a baker in a hotel to restaurant Chef and general manager. The last 4 years I have been a personal and private Chef for high-end clientele as well as caterer for unique culinary events. I still do a range of culinary events such as local farm dinners, and love to work with local organic ingredients. I am very versed in cooking to any dietary restrictions without compromising quality as well
