Extremely passionate about food and am constantly trying to learn as much as possible.
I have been working for 15 years in kitchens, I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales in Providence, Rhode Island. I was a pastry chef for some time, as well as savory, winning "Best New Pastry Chef" from Boston Magazine 2014. I have spent time working at Attica (The World's 50 Best, #20) in Melbourne, AU, pastry chef at Momofuku (The World's 50 Best, #48) in Sydney, and Commis (2 Michelin Stars) in Oakland, before returning home to Chicago. I have worked in Rhode Island, Boston, Chicago, Minneapolis, Oakland, Sydney/Melbourne, and Thailand. I have a strong background in French and Asian food.
