I have been a professional chef in San Diego for the last 8 years. I graduated from the Art Institute with an Associates Degree of Culinary Science and have been all over the world tasting and learning about different cultures and cuisines throughout my career. My favorite thing about cooking is the process & care that goes into the food. Seeing someone smile & enjoy something I created personally for them gives me fulfillment.
