Personal Chef In Los AngelesHi, my name is Chef Baylei and I am originally from Los Angeles, CA. I am a recent graduated chef from Los Angeles Trade Technical College, Class of 2022, with eight years of professional kitchen experience. I am a chef that is universal when it comes to food experience. Although I am young, I have had access to many cuisines, ingredients, clientele, and formal gigs along side other successful business colleagues. Cuisines I specialize in are Mediterranean, Southern, Asian, & American. My goal as a professional private chef is not only to feed phenomenal taste to my clients but to educate and encourage whole foods, complete cooking, and sufficient skills. One fun fact about me is that I am bilingual in Spanish & English. As a young kid my parents decided to start me in a emersion program at age four which the school only educated all academic classes in the Spanish language. I grew to learn English eventually and became fluent in both languages being able to read, speak, and write. I also bake a handful of deserts like crème brûlée, cheesecakes, small cakes, pies, & cookies.
