I am a personal chef with five years of experience working in private homes. I specialized in molecular gastronomy at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona where I worked with esteemed chefs from the top restaurants in the world such as El Bulli, Mugaritz, El Celler de Can Roca, and more. I now own my own business where I focus on supporting hyperlocal farms and regenerative agriculture.
