I am the founder and owner of The Soul of American Cuisines, a traveling personal chef and catering company. Born and raised in South Carolina, I tasted the flavor of the typical American culture soul food and fell in love. I found my passion for cooking during the long, hot summers spent with my grandmother. I attended and graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Biological Sciences. After the passing of my grandmother, I took my pain and made it my motivation. 2020 was the year to elevate my passion to her business.The Soul of American Culture offers a luxurious experience in the comfort of your own home. Chef AC creates flavorful upscale food for the soul while providing exquisite customer service.
