I want to make a creative dining experience you cant find anywhere else.

I am a Professional Chef with more than 12 years in 5 star luxury hospitality. I studied at the Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago Illinois in 2011. From there I have worked for the Four Season hotel for 12 years all across the globe. I worked with some of the most amazing chefs in the world such as James Beard Award winning chef, Gerard Craft, as well as worlds best chef 2019 Mauro Callegreco. I spent many years in Southeast Asia, working in some of the most authentic restaurants learning Asian cuisine. I have a very large background in French, Italian, Brazilian, as well as Japanese and Filipino food.
