With years of experience in the culinary arts, I am specialized in the pastry field.

Since I am really invested in bakery, I regularly sell my creations and organize buffet dinner with salty and sweet bakeries for birthdays, weddings and society events.

Since two years, I work for a family as batch cooker. In fact, this innovative approach to meal preparation has allowed me to introduce a family to five diverse and delicious dishes every week. It is a wonderful experience for me, because I realize every week new complete and balanced meals according to the seasonal vegetables and fruits, and the family can enjoy fresh and full of flavor meals.
