Chef Atoyè is not your Traditional Caribbean Chef! I have mastered my craft in Asian infused Caribbean Cuisine. Over the last 24 years in the Hospitality Industry, not only have I worked as an Executive Chef, I have also made it my passion to also talk to my guests and clients. With the education of my staff and chefs, we are one team to make sure that we take care of our guests and give them a lavish Culinary Experience. I like to teach as well, being a mother of 2 young ladies I have tapped into some coaching techniques. I take pride and put love in each and every one of my dishes.
I also was on Hell’s Kitchen Season 22. It was such a pleasure to be on a major stage with Chef Ramsey! He was and still is the Best Teacher & Chef!
