Asnia Akhtar is a classically trained Chef from the Culinary Institute of America. Having lived in the US as well as in the Middle East and South Asia she loves cooking food inspired by global and farm to table ingredients.
Most recently she was a Sous Chef at a fine restaurant, Untitled at the Whitney a part of the Union Square Hospitality group. She was also a Chef at the highly acclaimed restaurant Manhatta in the financial district of NYC.
Currently, she is a Private Chef offering Meal Prep Services as well as at home Private Chef Services.
When she is not working, she enjoys exploring unique restaurants around NYC and riding her bike around the city.
