Private Chef Ashlie Allred

I am a professional chef with over 15 years of culinary experience. I started as a dishwasher and weekend server when I was 14 and by the age of 25 I was a Sous chef at an elevated fine dining restaurant.

Cooking has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I am not only an incredible chef with some award winning dishes, but I’m also a mother, a sister, and a business owner.

I specialize in Asian and South European dishes, and I also have a strong hand in your average American meat and potato dishes as well. You name it, I can make it!

Due to high volume I typically require 1-8 weeks of notice before an event, although I may be able to accommodate events on short notice. Please feel free to reach out regardless and we can discuss options and availability as needed.
