I’m a private chef and owner of a small-scale catering company with 10 years of cooking experience. I studied at Oklahoma State University while working for the Athletic Training Table; which is where we cooked and served all meals for scholarship athletes. I began my private chef career when I was offered the opportunity to cook for former defensive coordinator at OSU, Glenn Spencer, and his wife, Jeannine Edwards, who worked as an ESPN Analyst. After cooking for them for over two years, I made the move to Oklahoma City to build and expand my business.
