Seeing how much people truly enjoy my cooking, is my greatest reward as a Chef.
I am an Alumni of Le Cordon Bleu and I’ve been cooking professionally for 10 years. I started my culinary journey when I was accepted in Disney’s Culinary College Program and had the pleasure of working at one of their resorts. After that I returned home to NYC and found work through a temp agency. There I built much of my experience working in different kitchens at Colleges, airports, and hotels. I then went on to working at restaurants until I was hired by a a large food company and I’ve been with them for the past 5 years.
My dream has always been to become a Private Chef. I want to be able to create delicious meals for my clients and bring not only my ideas to life but theirs as well.
