I am an Alumni of Le Cordon Bleu and I’ve been cooking professionally for 10 years. I started my culinary journey when I was accepted in Disney’s Culinary College Program and had the pleasure of working at one of their resorts. After that I returned home to NYC and found work through a temp agency. There I built much of my experience working in different kitchens at Colleges, airports, and hotels. I then went on to working at restaurants until I was hired by a a large food company and I’ve been with them for the past 5 years.

My dream has always been to become a Private Chef. I want to be able to create delicious meals for my clients and bring not only my ideas to life but theirs as well.

I learned to cook from watching my mom in the kitchen and then when I got old enough she allowed me to take over.

Chef Ashley was literally amazing. She was a wonderful person to be around and the taste & presentation of the food was icing on the cake. Myself and other members of my party got her card for future use just because she was that good. We are so thankful for the experience with her!

Chef Ashley was very professional and kept me updated prior to our event. She arrived on time and ready to prepare. I didn’t know she would be using my pots and pans until the day before, but we made it work. I would recommend her to any friends looking to host a private brunch. One of our guests had to cancel and I never received a refund on that, but that may be the policy. Thank you for a great day!

Amazing!!! Chef Ashley Canterbury provided us with an amazing and intimate dinner with an incredible 4 course experience. She was punctual, professional, and polite. Each meal was amazing! She explained exactly what each were and once it was complete she cleaned the kitchen spotless. Not to mention we had leftovers as well which she boxed in containers for later. Would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for a great experience.
