Private Chef In NorwalkI have over 25 years in the F&B industry. Upon graduation, I went to apprentice with new & innovative up and coming chefs in the industry learning how to perfect my craft. I've worked at Olives in Boston, Biba also in Boston, The Gate House in RI, Starwood Hotels & Resorts NYC/CT. Autumn of 2005 my Son was born. I made the decision at that time to leave the the hectic pace of the restaurant industry and start my own private chef/catering business. I built my business through word of mouth and have had 17 successful years. I emphasize on quality ingredients and the brilliant but simple marriage of intense flavors and aromas.
