My life as a Chef begins in London, after stay 1 year in a italian restaurant in Playa del Carmen, Mexico; passing through being the owner of restaurants in Mexico.In the year 2004 we were the restaurant chosen by Catherine Z Jones and Antonio Banderas to prepare their food at filming location and personal home, during the 8 months that the filming Legend of Zorro lasted on Mexico, and finally being a private Chef of several houses and yachts in Miami.

Chef Arturo is the man. He exceeded exceptions. We booked him for 4 meals total throughout a long weekend trip. He had very good communication leading up to the event and during the weekend to make sure everything was clear about what was going to be prepared and when he'd need to be there. Showed up early and took care of everything by himself. Prepped, cooked, served and cleaned. He left the place cleaner than it was before he got there. Never left until everything was cleaned and put away, and would not accept help. He just wanted us to enjoy yourselves. And of course, the food was incredible. He blew us away with how he made simple meals, like tacos and burgers, seem gourmet. Just can't say enough good things about his service. He elevated the experience of the whole trip for us. Thank you, Chef.

Arturo was a wonderful addition to our vacation. He seamlessly prepared two meals a day for 12 people and adapted to any situation. The meals were well thought out and varied. The food was delicious and exceeded all of our needs and expectations. Every meal was delicious and also beautifully presented. Arturo was a true pro and I would highly recommend him to any group or family.
