My food is highly seasonal with a focus on beautiful presentations and bold flavors. My specialties are Pacific Coastal, Mediterranean, Italian, French and Asian cuisines. I love working with local farmer's ingredients and keep things simple so you can enjoy your experience in a relaxed way, savoring locally produced vegetables & herbs, sustainable seafood and meat from California.

I love crafting personalized menus so please don't hesitate telling me what you like, or give me "Carte Blanche". I am happy to take your suggestions in if you don't find what you want in my menu proposals, and I really enjoy new pairings as well!

I am Arno, your French private chef in Los Angeles with 10 years experience as a private chef for VIPs and celebrities in France, the US and New Zealand. I have a Culinary Arts degree from Nice and trained at 5* hotel restaurants and Michelin-level Riviera venues (La Table de Pierre, Escentiel). Get in touch with me today!
