I am professional chef more than 15 years. My last employer was Wynn Las Vegas. I work for the company for 12 years as a Sous Chef. I finished my culinary degree at Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas. I have worked with several Celebrity Chefs like Wofgang Puck at SpagoLV for years and Chef Bartolotta at the Wynn.

Exceeded expectations in every way. This was a surprise meal for my wife's birthday and Chef Arlen let my wife watch the cooking and prep process and ask questions. Each course was delicious and served fresh. My wife says the steak entree was the best she's ever had. It was exactly the personalized, private experience we were hoping for and already plan to use Chef Arlen again for future occasions.
