I am a professional chef with over 15 years of experience. My most recent position was as a Sous Chef at Wynn Las Vegas, where I worked for 12 years. I hold a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside renowned celebrity chefs, including Wolfgang Puck at Spago Las Vegas and Chef Bartolotta at the Wynn.

AMAZING!! Highly recommend and will use again.

We had very problematic mixer of people for dinner, and Arlen understood it very fast and created a meal which will be a best fit for all. The food was very good, and the table to all elements where beautiful and nicely designed. Overall great experience!

Exceeded expectations in every way. This was a surprise meal for my wife's birthday and Chef Arlen let my wife watch the cooking and prep process and ask questions. Each course was delicious and served fresh. My wife says the steak entree was the best she's ever had. It was exactly the personalized, private experience we were hoping for and already plan to use Chef Arlen again for future occasions.
