I have learned to deliver the authenticity in Mexican cuisine in a modern way. Ive learned and shaped my skills in traveling and working in different kitchens in Mexico City, San Diego and Tijuana. I hope to open my own restaurant in the future, for now I want to make a unique experience thru my rooted understanding and influenced in Mexican regional cuisine.
