I am a Culinary professional. I was raised in the restaurant business by my Grandparents who came to America from Italy and opened restaurants .
I have been in the restaurant business since the age of five. My Grandparents were Chefs in Italy and then came to America to open several very successful restaurants. I have worked every position in the restaurant industry. The last 20 years I have been in the back of house as a line cook, sous Chef and Executive Chef. This is my passion as well as my legacy.
