I was born in Cd. Guzmán, Jalisco, Mexico, but my early years were spent moving across the United States. From birth until the age of 11, I lived in a variety of vibrant cities Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, and Atlanta each place leaving its own mark on my upbringing. At 11, life brought me back to my birthplace in Mexico, where I reconnected with my roots and deepened my appreciation for authentic flavors and traditional cooking. By 14, I returned to the U.S., landing first in Northern California and then shortly after relocating to Los Angeles, which has been my home ever since.
My culinary journey officially began at the age of 18, when I enrolled in the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. It was there that I refined my technique and nurtured my creative spirit. Just one year later, at 19, I became a Head Chef an opportunity that confirmed I was exactly where I belonged. Since then, I’ve been fully devoted to the culinary world, dedicating myself to creating unforgettable food experiences that blend professionalism, creativity, and heart.
Cooking is not just what I do it’s who I am. Every dish I prepare carries a piece of my story, my passion, and my commitment to excellence. My mission is simple: to make every guest feel like royalty, from the first bite to the last. Whether I’m preparing an intimate dinner for a family or catering a larger celebration, I pour my energy into crafting moments of joy through food.
