I’m Chef Neicy, a private chef, caterer, and flavor curator based in Los Angeles, originally from Chicago. My love for food started young, inspired by my Southern and Caribbean roots, and by 18, I was head cook at the University of Chicago. That early experience set the stage for my career, leading me to cook for private clients, celebrities, and exclusive events where I specialize in soulful, elevated comfort food.
I run MeMa’s Southern Hospitality, providing private dining, catering, and handcrafted seasonings through Chef Neicy Flavor Co. For me, food is more than just a meal—it’s about creating bold flavors, unforgettable experiences, and good vibes that bring people together.
