Born into a culinary family in France’s Loire Valley, I began my journey in my parents’ hotel restaurant, learning the art of cooking from a young age. I refined my skills across diverse kitchens in France, including Michelin-starred spots in Paris, before moving to Los Angeles in 2018 to open a French bistro. Now, as a personal chef in Carmel-by-the-Sea and the Monterey Bay area, I am dedicated to crafting exceptional, ingredient-focused French dishes for your home. From intimate events to weekly meal prep, I bring a touch of French elegance to every meal.
