As a Chef, my focus is on creating seasonal plant-forward cuisine featuring intentional, colorful, local ingredients that delight the palate.
A professional plant-based chef with over a decade in the food service industry.
I made a transition to a plant-based lifestyle a few years ago after being diagnosed with type II diabetes.
It took me two months to reverse the diabetes and start a new life.
Since then I have worked all over Southern California providing high quality plant based cuisine to clients from all over the world.
I have taught vegan cooking classes, hosted private events, conducted cooking demonstrations and have prepared meals for private clients.
I've learned culinary practices from Matthew Kenney Culinary in Venice Beach, CA, Donna Jean in San Diego and Eve in Encinitas.
My secret in the kitchen is putting a lot of love, intention and flavor in every dish that I create.
