Private Chef In New York CityHello! My name is Anthony I have been a professional chef since the age of 16. I grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts where I was introduced to the dining industry at a very young age. My first job was growing oysters at my local oyster farm (Island Creek Oysters) which grew to be one of the most prized oysters in America. Working there introduced me to a lot of local Chefs and even famous chefs such as Thomas Keller and Bobby Flay. Once the oyster season was over I immediately knew where my passion was and that was food. I since have worked in all kinds of cuisine and kitchen styles and have taken up every role from dishwasher to Head Chef. I moved to New York at 20 years old to study at The Institute of Culinary Education. I have been working as the Chef at Misi in Williamsburg Brooklyn for the past few years. We
