After completing his culinary education in France at the IMA du Pays de Montereau and Utec Avon-Fontainebleau, Anthony has worked in top restaurants and private homes around the world, from Paris to Saint Tropez, Courchevel, London, and Naples, Florida, before settling in Venice, California.
